When will I receive my grade?
Students should be able to view grades on web access no later than the Wednesday after the term is over. Grades cannot be given over the phone.

When do I have to pay tuition? I am not using TA.
No later than end of the term.

Can I apply for financial aid?
Yes, see a Campbell counselor for details on how to apply. You can go to www.campbell.edu and link to financial aid.

Will the courses I take transfer to another college?
Students should request their transcripts be mailed by the Registrar, Campbell University to the new college. The new college will determine what courses will transfer and be credited toward completion of your degree. Forms are
available in Campbell’s Office or on the campbell.edu website. Campbell University is accredited by the Commission of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools

How many semester hours of credit can I receive from my military service?
In general, Campbell University accepts credits as recommended by the American Council on Education reflected on your SMART. These credits usually can satisfy general electives required for your degree. Maximum of 64 SH can transfer in from a two-year institution.

What can I do if I am unable to complete the course?
You must first inform your instructor and then see the Campbell Office Manager to complete a course withdrawal or drop forms.

How do I start my VA Educational benefits?
You must see the VA Certifying Official in Campbell’s Office.

How will I know what courses to take?
You must see a Campbell Counselor when you first register for classes. The counselor will help you select courses based on your degree requirements. Students must have all transcripts (official transcipts) from high school, military and colleges they have attended sent to the Camp Lejeune office. Once received, the student should ask for an evaluation of credit and a degree checklist. The degree checklist will then aid them in future registrations.

How will I get my books?
You will be provided information on how to order your books when you begin your first term. There is also a complete guide on the Campbell.edu (extended campus link) website. Each student orders books online through the University’s website.

What is Web Access?
Web Access is a web-based information management tool that allows current Campbell University students, staff, and faculty to access numerous online resources. You will be provided information regarding this resource during orientation. Students are also provided with a University e-mail that utilizes the same user name for access. Information will be provided regarding this resource during orientation.
